Story
The series tells the story of the clash between the conservative Ilgaz family from Kayseri and the high-society but bankrupt Taşkıran family from Istanbul, along with the passionate love of Çınar Ilgaz (Tolgahan Sayışman) and Lale Taşkıran (Emina Sandal). While the traditional Ilgaz family is rising, the socialite Taşkırans are in financial decline — this contrast ignites a power struggle between the families. Their marriage is shaken by the schemes of Lale's ambitious sister Yeşim (Serenay Sarıkaya) and the constant machinations of mother Zümrüt Taşkıran (Hatice Aslan). After Lale leaves the series, the character Toprak (Selen Soyder) from Yer Gök Aşk joins the story, centering on the love between Çınar and Toprak. Broadcast between 2010-2014, the series ran for 135 episodes and was watched internationally in many countries.
