AVŞAR FILM is a well-established company founded in 1984, renowned for its decades of success. In its early years, the company operated solely as a cinema hall manager; in subsequent years it expanded its scope to foreign film import, distribution, cinema film and TV series production, becoming one of the leading companies in the sector.
Cinema Hall Management
The company operates Kozzy Avşar, Göztepe Optimum Avşar, Ataşehir Novada Avşar and Bayrampaşa Pashador Avşar cinemas in Istanbul, as well as cinema halls in major cities such as Ankara, Konya, Bursa, Denizli, Adana, Gaziantep, Malatya and Trabzon. Since the socio-economic and cultural levels are high in these cities, films shown in these halls reach larger audiences. Avşar Film, which pioneered the multiplex cinema system in Turkey, is among the country's leading cinema chains with its modern and comfortable halls. Foreign films it imports and cinema films it has recently produced are screened in both its own and other leading cinema halls in Turkey.
